Kale Berry Sweetness Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients: Makes (2) Servings (depending on bowl size)
- Tbsp – NUCO Liquid Premium Coconut Oil – Original Flavor
- 1 Tbsp – Chia Seeds
- 1 Cup – Coconut Milk
- 1 Cup – Baby Kale
- 1/2 – Frozen Banana
- 1/2 Cup – Blueberries
- 1/2 Cup – Black Berries
Sliced banana, Sliced strawberries, Granola
- Puree banana, chia seeds, coconut milk, coconut oil, kale and berries in a blender until smooth. If needed, add a little more coconut milk to get the blender going.
- Pour smoothie mixture into a bowl and garnish with toppings. Serve immediately and enjoy!
