Your order will usually ship within 24 to 48 hours after it is placed on our website, depending
on volume and time of submission, except on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. In specific
circumstances, if your order does not ship within two business days, a Customer Service
representative will notify you via email and/or phone explaining the delay.
We offer the following expedited shipping options – 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.
Please note that orders requesting these options will be shipped on the following business day.
There are no expedited deliveries made on Saturdays. Rates will be communicated via email as
Hawaii & Alaska Shipping
Hawaii and Alaska shipping options are USPS Parcel Post (4-8 weeks) or USPS Priority Mail (2-
4 weeks). Expedited shipping is also available. Rates are dependent upon weight, and you will be
emailed the rates and options prior to shipping.
Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The package
cannot be tracked after it enters the Military Mail System. Therefore, we are unable to determine
the order delivery time. All orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 60 days.
International orders will be sent via USPS, according to the transit time chart below. The customer
is responsible for all duties and taxes upon delivery (usually 0-7%, depending on the distance from
our CA warehouse).

• Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days
NUCO does not guarantee delivery service 14 days before holidays; therefore, if your
package does not arrive on time, NUCO is not responsible and cannot be held liable.
Request for refunds will not be honored.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Security
You may cancel or change your order online and have it credited to your account anytime before
the order is processed for shipping, for best results please email your cancelation within 24 hours.
Please note that it may take a few days before the refund posts to your account.
Products Damaged, Shipped in Error, or Not Received
We take utmost care to pack NUCO products to ensure they arrive at your doorstep for you
to enjoy. Products are free of damage and breakage when your order is shipped from our
warehouses. Although NUCO products are packed properly, the products may be damaged
in transit or may not be delivered to you. Please contact NUCO immediately at email@example.com
if you receive a damaged product, or if you have not received your order within the estimated
time. In order to process a damage claim, you will be asked to provide a photo of the damaged
NUCO product along with signed receipt from the shipping agent along with your order number attached, via email.
To expedite any damage claim, please make sure to save the packaging, all contents found
in the packaging. NUCO will then submit a claim to the carrier for investigation. The
investigation may take up to two business weeks to complete. Replacement items will not
be shipped until the claim process has been resolved.
For any product shipped to you in error, please contact NUCO at firstname.lastname@example.org, if you receive a damaged product.
A Customer Service representative will provide information on how to return the product to NUCO.
Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded or a credit given only if the
merchandise is damaged or missing in transit, and the damage or the non-delivery is found
to be the fault of NUCO.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return
any unopened merchandise within 10 days of receipt. Please return the unopened, unused product,
in its original packaging, shipment prepaid to 1111 Rancho Conejo Blvd, Newbury Park, CA 91320.
We suggest that you ensure that the package can be traced and insured to cover its purchase price.
NUCO may not be held responsible if the return is not delivered to NUCO or arrives in a damaged
condition. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will process the return and refund you the
purchase price, in which case we will notify you by email after the return is processed. Returned
products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and original shipping charges will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to reject a return if our return policy is not complied with.
