Strawberry Banana Crunch Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients: Makes (2) Servings (depending on bowl size)
- 1 Tbsp – NUCO Liquid Premium Coconut Oil Original Flavor
- 1 Tbsp – Chia Seeds
- 1 – Large Frozen Banana
- 1 Cup – Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Cup – Baby Spinach
- 2/3 Cup – Coconut Milk
Sliced banana, Granola, Unsweetened coconut shavings
- Puree the strawberries, banana, spinach, chia, and milk in a blender until smooth. If needed, add a little more coconut milk to get the blender going.
- Garnish with shredded coconut, sliced banana’s, and granola. Serve immediately and enjoy!
